The only thing that disturbs me more than this essay is knowing that, if I tried to share this essay with my liberal family members and friends, they wouldn't read it. : (
This is very disturbing but not surprising. No wonder it is getting harder and harder to recruit good people to today's military. When the military is in the business of harassing and driving out good people, the national defense is impacted, and the country is in peril. This is one more indication that the world is getting more disordered by the day as we move toward the culmination of history as we know it. Stay close to Jesus Christ as his return gets ever closer.
It is way past time to stick together and go medieval on them, "them" being those who wish to tear everything down and spread their spiteful evil. This entails dropping all other disagreements over how we choose to live our lives and staying focused on a mission to put this evil demon back in a hole. I'm a former USAR reservist and retired green to blue USN sailor. I believe "We" are coming together. Just as an industrialist and adulterer like Oskar Schindler became an unlikely hero, people of all walks are uniting under another unlikely leader. I like to go back to the much-overlooked character from J.R. Tolkien, Lobelia Sackville-Baggins. I stand with the Lobelia's of the world.
