Autogynephelia is a sexual fetish, not something that should be practiced outside of their bedrooms. The extreme LGBTQ stances must go. L & G should have rejected T & Q from the beginning. It is a short hop from normalizing sexual fetishes to normalizing pedophelia as simply a sexual orientation. They call it MAP, minor attracted people. Why do you think there’s so much child trafficking these days? Pedophelia is why.
Shaming and stigmatising are legitimate ways we keep society safe. I realise that they can be used unfairly and cruelly, too, and we should remain vigilant to that, but we should also remain very discerning about what we get ‘liberal’ about.

This gets talked about a lot in the anti-woke media (including this excellent article) so I've nothing more to add. 2) something that never gets talked about: in our mass media/social media eco-system, the crazier something is, the more attention it will get. So a big part of the reason why this fad (affecting ten years back around 0.0001% of the population) got so much traction was because it was such click-bait for the anti-woke media who, in other words, ended up being its useful idiots. There ought to be a lesson here.

Nobody can demand that doctors perform lobotomies on them. Anorexics who are starving themselves to death and weigh 70 pounds cannot demand liposuction. Apotemnophiliacs cannot demand doctors to remove healthy limbs.
When a man demands that doctors mutilate his body because he "feels like" he's a woman and all of society must conform to his delusions, it simply is not feasible. It cannot be done without massive harm to children and women, and there will be huge demands on laws, institutions, schools, etc.
The answer must be no. To all of it. There's no such thing as "trans." This is just untreated mental illness.

To whom you are attracted sexually is purely subjective and therefore cannot reasonably be contested by an outside observer. Where you decide to live your life on a spectrum of superficial, stereotypical male to female attributes (and we all do) is also purely subjective and similarly cannot be questioned. However, your biological sex reflects an objective reality which cannot be changed by your subjective personal view and futile attempts to do so can result in serious health impacts to you as well as actual harms to members of the sex you are impersonating (especially women). Finally, others who are grounded in objective reality should never be forced to accept your subjective version of your actual biological sex.
I would like to suggest that phrases like "sex-changing medical procedures" are implicitly validating the false claims of the transification movement.
Sex, as you know, cannot be changed.
Similarly, sex was not "assigned" and cannot be "reassigned".
I suggest alternative phrases such as "sex-trait modification drugs and surgeries" or "opposite-sex imitation drugs and surgeries", which do not implicitly validate the false notion that sex can be "changed" or "reassigned", and also flesh out (so to speak!) the overly anodyne "procedures".
