Child grooming and child sexualisation is an emergency and adults need to wake up to it — NOW

Following on from my lengthy opus last week, this week’s letter is along the same theme, just more links so you can see for yourselves.

For about the last year, ever since I first came upon the videos of Virginia parents protesting sexually explicit books in their kids schools, I have been ever-more alert to the dangers of how our sexually “liberated” Western culture is more and more providing cover for child grooming and abuse.

The most thorough and well-researched work I have seen on this comes from American mathematician -turned-anti-Marxist-crusader James Lindsay. Lindsay, until the explosion of our new crazy woke religion, was a mainstream, liberal, Democrat-voting, science-loving normie — pretty much just like I was. Such is the way of the woke religion and its tenets, that it has driven all but the most indoctrinated away from the left.

Last year, Lindsay did a series of lectures on cultural Marxism and its pedagogy — the fancy academic word for brainwashing… uh I mean teaching… our kids. I’m sure devoted Marxists could find things to quibble about in Lindsay’s work, but I could not care less about that. I’m not a philosopher. I just recognise, on a basic human/maternal level, the hideous malevolence in the idea that childhood innocence should be sullied by the sexual agendas of adults. This is the hill I will die on.

And once you get through that, you can take a look at just a smattering of examples from popular culture of the encroachment of sex into the world of pre-pubescent, especially American, kids.

And whatever the fuck this is. It’s certainly not, as it claims, amazing. Although young Desmond here is a fairly well-known influencer with 160,000 followers on Instagram.

I am well aware that child sexual abuse is not an issue only afflicting the left. Historically, where I live and in many other places, it was conservative elements of society — the church pedophiles and the state-run homes where prominent politicians raped boys — that hid these crimes behind a veneer of respectability.

However, given the liberal left tendency to smugly view itself as crusaders for justice, and given its current total dominance in politics, government and culture, it is they who have to answer for the worst of it now.
