Their show is not something I would watch but I’m happy that you did because your opinion on it is more than enough for me- thanks for taking the hit.

Of course it’s all convincing- it’s Hollywood at the highest levels…and the last time I checked they are pretty good at storytelling in that industry.

Congratulations on making it through six hours of the "documentary". I managed to watch it for a few minutes out of curiosity before wanting to barf and turning it off. It is normal for families to have some dysfunction but yakking about one's family secrets for an international audience requires a certain type of disloyalty. Meghan is an ambitious manipulator and brings out the worst in Harry (who doesn't look very happy these days by the way). That somebody somewhere is falling for this stuff is sad but true.

Family feuds are impossible to judge from afar, but in this case, it's worth trying!

I'm guessing she's got the full support of Oprah's media empire assisting with the marketing of these two. To think that two obviously dysfunctional individuals, each with significant grudges against their families, are getting the amount of attention they're getting, show's just how far we've fallen as a society.

Kudos to you for having the fortitude to watch it. I would have to be prophylactically hospitalized in anticipation of the stroke I would have from apoplectic rage--not so much at these pathetic posers, but from the idea that anyone actually believes their bullshit.

Thank you but like I said, I enjoy looking at pretty things -- and say what you want about MM and her amazing homes, they are pretty! -- so it wasn't so much of a sacrifice! 🤣

Sad you were subjected to this, but glad you did it so the rest of us don't have to.

I really am a hero. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You have to wonder where he would be today if he hadn’t married someone who exploited his pain for piles of riches. MM may be a master manipulator, but her phony act is so transparent she should endorse cellophane. Just ask her own father and half siblings, who have nothing nice to say about her and aren’t afraid to publicly voice their opinions. Harry is too much of a dimwit to see it, relying on the childish “they’re all jealous of her” and not realizing his family saw through it instantly.

Harry really embodies ALL of "white privilege" -- he's dumb but full of confidence. Talk about failing up!!!

We no longer have Netflix so we can't watch it even if we wanted to. We already know Harry's Wife is the biggest fraud to come down the pike. No need for confirmation.

No point in asking ‘What’s the point of all this’ because there is no point. It’s H and M’s life unfolding with hundred of commentators and writers having a field day. From the moment California girl moved into the UK royal family what followed was to be expected. After all the heavy artillery that’s come his way since his silly book came out I wonder how he sleeps at night. He’s become a global joke with endless variations. What a crazy, sad life.

Before Meghan Markle became royalty, she was on a TV show called "Suits", which lasted nine seasons on the USA Network. She played an "ambitious paralegal", and as the show went on I became hooked with all the characters, and I found her character quite charming and engaging as she navigated from episode to episode an unrequited romance with a lawyer. At the time I was impressed by her acting ability, which apparently has served her well in her new career.

I agree that she is talented!

Thank you for explaining that hot mess in a dumpster fire on a train wreck of a mini series. Now I don’t have to watch it.

And the closing sobriquet - pure brilliance!

I’ve only seen trailers but even those made me fizz with irritation. It’s clear that this is made with a US audience in mind. Up to their eyebrows in me me me therapy, bedazzled by Meghan’s ‘One day my Prince will come’ merged with The Little Mermaid, this sorry fairy tale fulfils all of America’s Disney dreams. Dewy-eyed obsession with Royalty has bumped up against simmering republican resentment & the Harry & Meghan Shitshow is the apotheosis of that dilemma.

I want to watch but I just can’t put myself through the blood pressure-cooker.. thanks for taking the flak & living to tell us all the sorry tale - Bravo!

I will never forgive him or her (and Andrew) for the pain and suffering they must have put the Queen through in her final few years. Despicable people. The lies and double standards from Harry and Meghan are just beggars belief.

Gotta wonder if these two will show up in Davos this month.

Most likely and be greeted with a standing ovation 🙄

What's funny is that there are many 'conspiracy theorists' (loaded term) who have been saying for years the the RF is up to their eyeballs in the Davos-adjacent stuff. So where does that put H&M? We might never know. We also might never care. Which would be fine. 🤣

"He claims, with a straight face, that misinformation is ' global humanitarian crisis'.”

What a crock. Seriously, what a crock and how out of touch is this guy?

Unfortunately, the Royal Family has this tendency to hyperbole . Charles, now King, did it 30+ years ago on his "tour" in the US going on and on about architecture. Or whatever. Willie, the Future King, rambles on about Climate Change in countries other than the UK to the annoyance of the citizens of those countries.

I'd say that Meghan is the worst of the lot, clearly a social climber and a fantasticist. Were I Charles, I'd cut them off. Then ignore them. And let them bleat like the sheep they are. Most Americans find Meghan insufferable and The Ginger not much better.

Believe me, in the US the two "Sussexes" are viewed as yet more celebrity losers.

I've actually seen quite a bit of criticism of her in the liberal US press, which kind of surprised me. So yeah, I guess you are right about how they are viewed.

I feel like culture has become one big exercise in indoctrination, and this is, as you point out, one slick show. It makes me want to throw up my hands.

Have been reading articles in the Post about families who have resorted to deprogrammers after they foolishly allowed their children to attend college in Massachusetts. (I reckon Massachusetts is the contemporary equivalent of Mordor).

Not sure where this comment is going, but where are the hobbits? We need a movement of hobbits.

You know who talks about the hobbits? The Voldermort of US politics, he who shall not be named. But it sounds like cannon.
