Self responsibility (or rather, lack thereof) is a central organizing theme of woke ideology, and thus one of the major reasons why it is so disempowering to those captured by it and antithetical to social progress in general. Jenny, most of the problems you’re experiencing are due to something that they call metabolic syndrome. Essentially if you shift your diet toward the alkaline side and use some natural products to remove all your toxins you will start feeling much better. Great article BTW!

Hi Jenny,
while I found one key was changing my diet drastically
(after the heart attack in 2015),
I found the other key has been moderate fasting;
by which I mean going 12 hours each day without eating,
then eating the right foods, but as much as I want,
within an 8 hour timeframe.
I do this by only having OJ and coffee when I get up,
waiting until after 11 am to eat an enormous breakfast,
skipping lunch,
and eating a large dinner before 7 pm.
Since doing this routine, my weight stays just about where I want it,
fluctuating up and down only a few pounds, never ballooning again.
