We need to talk about porn.
I grew up thinking it was a harmless outlet for horny young men. If that was ever true, it's not anymore. So why are schools Loudon County schools giving it to children?
Happy Saturday! 🥳
The Moms Have Come for the School Board Groomers
It’s been quite a week in American politics.
Across the country, it was a resounding thumbs down/middle finger up from the American people to the American ruling classes. And you love to see it. The last few years have shown over and over and over again the contempt those upper and managerial classes have toward the people who just pay their taxes and try to live their lives in an ever-shrinking field of opportunity.
In my humble opinion there was one major factor in galvanising public opinion against the progressive Democrats and their insane policies over the education and treatment in schools of children: Luke Rosiak’s Daily Wire article that revealed in late October the rape of a female student, by a boy wearing girls’ clothes, in the girls bathroom of a Loudon County school that had passed a transgender-friendly bathroom policy.
But this story was not the first time Loudon County schools had raised the ire of parents over sexual matters.
I first heard of Loudon County back in May, when the district came under fire from local parents who were justifiably horrified at a novel their 9th graders (for UK people, that’s the first year of secondary school) were reading in school. A novel in which a girl is kidnapped and beaten, and sex acts between young teens are explicit and repeated. Some excerpts, as given by Loudon County parents at a school board meeting.
"she sucked my d***. I didn't really want it to happen, it just kinda did.”
Jasper wasn’t even my boyfriend, just this dude I did some hacking with once in a while. He was pretty basic … but he had a big d***. And sometimes a girl just needs a big d***.”
I think the only phrase that does this justice is: what in the ever-loving fuck!?!
When I was 14 we were reading Of Mice and Men, Romeo and Juliet and the Divine Comedy in school. The current American educational policies are looking ever more like child grooming.
I don’t want to defend the Loudon County boy in question — who went on to sexually assault another girl in a different school — but can I just draw the obvious line between feeding children inappropriate, violent, crime-ridden, sexually explicit, porn-like materials and those children acting out in criminal, violent, sexual ways?
Who on earth thought putting such a book on a curriculum for young adolescents was a good idea? Who?? What are these adults thinking?
Turns out, porn is actually super creepy and dangerous.
I’m kind of haunted by the Loudon County story because I am so disturbed that a boy so young could be so violently, sexually, messed up. What happened to him that drove him to such terrible crimes? How disordered can a young mind get?
When I was a young teen, porn was something that nobody would admit to watching. Us girls kind of assumed that the boys would look at nudie mags or watch videos they had purloined from dark corners of shops or older brothers. But was something no girls I knew ever came into contact with. So it seemed like a relatively harmless outlet for horny male teens who did not have access to real, live action.
Plus, I grew up around sexual libertarians and it was before the internet. So to object to porn seemed to be rather prudish.
My mind is slowly being awakened to a much darker reality and I can’t help but wonder how much porn — including the porn provided by the school — played a role in the life of this boy who is now a convicted rapist.
I would recommend subscribing to the Youtube channel Whose Body Is It, which features some truly important and illuminating interviews with women who have close personal experience with the dark sexual demimonde of transgender activism and it connection to porn.
I would also recommend reading this terrifying essay written by a parent whose daughter became convinced she was a boy in the midst of a gruesome addiction to — you guessed it — porn.
What is happening to our children and young people??
If you need me I’ll be huddled in a corner, reading Dante and pretending it’s 1990. Or 1390.
